Special Workshop: Laurean presents “I Messages” (Project #4 in AC Series)

Laurean presented Project #4 in a seminar workshop style.  The morning included lecture, partner practices and audience sharing.  We had a packed room and every chair was filled, which gave great variety in the experience of the participants.  The lecture and practices centered around the concept of using “You” instead of “I” when sharing a memory or past experience.  We learned that by using “you”, this diminishes the sharing of our experience and can have adverse consequences to how it is received by the listeners.
